Owing to the nature of the trade, once a fabric has been cut out and delivered, it cannot be returned to us as it's been cut per your individual requirement and order quantity, which varies from order to order.

• It takes approximately 3 - 7 business days to deliver your product. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight/transportation delays, political disruptions and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders worth more than Rs. 999 qualify for free shipping in India. Otherwise, Rs. 99 will be levied by way of shipping charges.

Wash Care Instructions:

• Georgette Fabrics : Please note that georgette fabrics have the potential to shrink if subjected to washing or dry cleaning.
• Embroidery Fabrics : All fabrics with delicate embroidery are designated as "Dry Clean" only. It's essential to follow this guideline to ensure the intricate detailing and embellishments remain intact.
• Cotton Fabrics : While cotton fabrics can be washed, we advise against machine washing. Opt for a gentle hand wash or delicate cycle to maintain the quality of the fabric.
• Color Guarantee : Please be aware that if the fabric undergoes dyeing after embroidery, we cannot guarantee the color's longevity. Dyeing processes post-embroidery might affect color durability.
• Shrinkage Warning : In some cases, fabrics might experience minor shrinkage if dyed after embroidery. Please consider this possibility when caring for your garments.
• Embroidery Care : Our embroidery fabrics are suitable for gentle care and washing. Treat them with the utmost care to ensure they remain beautiful and vibrant over time.
• Avoid Harsh Detergents : When washing any of our fabrics, including embroidery pieces, refrain from using harsh detergents or liquids. Opt for mild and gentle cleaning agents to preserve the fabric's quality.
